Yimino the electronic music project of Henry Law and Gerald Chadwyck-Healey, founded in 2001, the duo are from London, UK and have have been quietly creating some of the most immersive and lush electronics for 20 years. They produce haunting-darky yet playful music with a lot of unexpected "twists" in their rhythm. They now release through a new label called Ominim Records.
Their music consists of warm melodies and crystalline production that made them stand out from the crowd with their avant-garde sound design. Every track is infused with some otherworldly mist; synths pulse in the background, voices glitch and stutter, melodies that veer between pretty and eery. Their albums have ranged from the weird and experimental Autonoe Vora to the warm and lush Breaker.
